a) Contract Formation

A binding contract is established only once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is received. Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed. In the rare event of unavailability post-confirmation, we will contact you and issue a refund. All communication and transactions will be conducted in English.

b) Pricing & Availability

Prices may vary based on stock or seasonal changes.
While we strive for accurate pricing, we reserve the right to cancel any order if pricing errors occur.
International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and additional charges.
Product colors may differ slightly from images due to screen and lighting variations.

c) Payment

All payments must be made in full at checkout. In case of disputes, Kalatantu Craftmanship Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to pursue recovery, including legal fees and collection costs.

8. Returns & Cancellations

a) Returns

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items.
Items must be returned in original, unused, and unwashed condition with tags intact.
Items showing perfume, makeup stains, or damage will not be accepted.
Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
Refunds exclude original shipping and bank processing charges.

b) Cancellations

By Kalatantu: Orders may be cancelled if stock is unavailable. Customers will be informed within 48 hours, and refunds will be processed for product and shipping only.
By You: You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Refunds will exclude bank charges.

Request refunds for defective products.
