Terms Of Sale

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

a) Contract Formation

  • A binding contract is established only once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
  • Items in your cart are not reserved until the order is completed.
  • In the rare case of unavailability after order confirmation, we will contact you for a refund.
  • All transactions and communication will be in English.

b) Pricing & Availability

  • Product prices may vary based on availability or seasonal changes.
  • Kalatantu strives for accurate pricing but reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is incorrectly priced.
  • International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional charges.
  • Displayed colours may slightly differ from actual products due to screen and lighting variations.

c) Payment

  • The total amount of the purchase price shall be payable in full by you at the checkout. 
  • In case of dispute, Kalatantu reserves the right to pursue recovery, including legal fees and collection costs.

Returns & Cancellations

a) Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items.
  • Items must be returned in original, unused, and unwashed condition with tags intact.
  • Garments with perfume, makeup stains, or damage will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will exclude original shipping and bank processing charges.
  • Email return requests to info@kalatantu.com.

b) Cancellations

  • By Kalatantu: Orders may be cancelled if stock is unavailable. Customers will be informed within 48 hours, and refunds will be processed for the product and shipping amount only.
  • By You: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds will exclude bank charges.

Your Rights

As a customer, you are entitled to:

  • Receive products that meet quality expectations and match the descriptions on the Website.
  • Request refunds or remedies for defective products.

  • Receive a refund if the defect cannot be resolved.
