Return & Cancellation
Please note that since our products are handcrafted and handwoven, we mostly have one of a kind products at a time. Also, as the fabrics are pure and the weaves delicate, each garment requires very careful handling. Hence, we are able to offer cancellations or returns only in extreme circumstances.
Refund and Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item.
- As a handwoven/handcrafted product, slight irregularities in the weave or pattern are natural and reflect its authenticity, not defects. Additionally, minor color variations may occur due to photographic lighting conditions.
- If your package appears tampered with, damaged or unsealed, please do not accept or open it. Kindly take a picture or video and send it to info@kalatantu.com.
- All return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, and:
- The original invoice must be presented.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, along with the tags intact.
- Email us a photo of the defect or incorrect item.
- Email your return request to info@kalatantu.com within 24 hours of delivery. Requests sent after 24 hours of delivery of parcel will not be eligible for returns.
- Kalatantu reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the product before approving any return and refund. The decision shall be final.
- Returns will be considered only in exceptional cases.
- Refunds are initiated once the refund request is accepted and are typically processed within 10–12 business days; however, the timeline may vary depending on the payment processor.
