Estimated timelines, fees, and policies

Order Processing

1. Orders for in-stock products are processed within 48 business day.
2. You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a tracking link when the parcel is dispatched.

Delay in Dispatch

1. Kalatantu shall not be held responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. If the delay is due to the product being out of stock, you will be contacted via email and may choose to wait or opt for a full refund.

Delivery Timelines

1. Domestic (India): Delivered within 2–8 business days from dispatch depending on pin code and courier serviceability.
2. International: Typically 5–15 business days from dispatch. Remote area service or customs processing may add time.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by courier partners and may vary due to logistics, local restrictions, or customs checks.

Shipping Fees

1. Within India (Prepaid): Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
2. Within India (Cash on Delivery): ₹200 COD handling fee per order.
3. International: Flat ₹4,000 per order.

All applicable shipping charges (if any) are displayed upfront at checkout.

Tracking

1. Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email to the registered email address.

Address Changes and Undeliverables

1. Address changes are possible before dispatch only. Once shipped, rerouting may incur a fee.
2. If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, incomplete address, or refusal, reshipping charges will apply.

International Duties & Taxes

1. We ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient.
2. Refusal to pay duties may result in return or destruction. Shipping and third-party charges are non-refundable.
